At BCH Camping, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of camping equipment, tents, and adventure gear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Original packaging must be intact (including all tags for tents and camping gear)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened Calor Gas Refill Bottles and Camping Gaz Refill Bottles
  • Used camping cookware or items that have been in contact with food
  • Personalized or custom-ordered camping equipment
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your camping gear:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while returning the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective camping product (tents with manufacturing flaws, malfunctioning battery lights, etc.):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
