Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (10-15 business days after dispatch):

  • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Best for urgent orders

Free Shipping (15-25 business days after dispatch):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our camping equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your gear, we offer a simple return process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Calor Gas Refill Bottles and Camping Gaz Refill Bottles
  • Used camping cookware or items that have been in contact with food
  • Personalized or custom-ordered camping equipment
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship your return to:

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days)
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

Tip: For faster service, place a new order for the desired item while returning the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective camping gear (tents with flaws, malfunctioning lights, etc.):
