3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

3.2 Pricing

Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We verify prices as part of our order processing—if an error is found, we’ll contact you before processing.

3.4 Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. Certain items cannot be returned for safety/hygiene reasons:

• Opened gas refill bottles
• Used cookware
• Personalized items
• Final sale items

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Repackage item securely with RMA number clearly marked

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll receive credit to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4.4 Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the return process and specify the replacement item. For faster service, consider placing a new order while returning the original.

4.5 Damaged/Defective Items

5. Liability and Disputes

BCH Camping isn’t liable for:

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
